Role:

You'll manage a diverse crew across two distinct service lines: our daytime residential and commercial periodic services carpet cleaning, restoration, specialty cleaning crew and our evening janitorial/commercial cleaning team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with good time-management, quality control, and client relationships across multiple crews and shifts. Responsibilities Supervise evening janitorial crews servicing commercial accounts Manage daytime residential and commercial periodic service teams (carpet, upholstery, restoration, etc.) Recruit, train, and retain cleaning technicians Step In to help on and with jobs when short-handed Conduct quality control inspections and respond to client concerns Coordinate with facility/property managers on contract accounts Manage supplies, equipment, and vehicle logistics Ensure safety and IICRC-standard compliance on restoration jobs Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute service needs Qualifications 2+ years supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities services Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple crews across varying schedules (evenings + days) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required IICRC certification a plus, or willingness to obtain What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (Annual Salary $48,000-$62,000 +Commissions) Established, respected local company (Best Carpet Cleaning Company - Albuquerque Journal) Growth opportunity within a stable, long-running business
