We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join our Boart Longyear team in Elko, Nevada. This individual will be responsible for providing effective administrative assistance to the operations groups. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, incoming calls, purchasing, receiving, ordering, scheduling, and itineraries. Manage the billing process within Oracle for the divisions including project set up, utilization reports, completion reports and man hour reports. Ensure that all internal paperwork, and other data entry requirements are completed accurately and on time. Following up with customers Schedule employee flights, advance payments and deductions related to employees for multiple divisions. Administer the divisions T&E, Fuel and P-card programs. Follow-up with employees and expense statement discrepancies. Data entry for drilling report totals, invoicing, and weekly timesheet data entry for multiple divisions employees Client Invoicing Provide customer service by answering customer queries, processing their invoice in a timely fashion, and answering queries promptly and accurately. The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. The ability to communicate with clients on invoice and contract issues. Assist with financial review as needed. Communicate effectively with personnel in remote locations. Provide effective administrative assistance to the operations groups. Maintain a high degree of professionalism Minimum Qualifications Education minimum: high school diploma; Associates Degree in Business or Accounting a plus. High level of data entry accuracy a must. Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, customer service-focused, detail oriented and flexible. Ability to work additional hours if needed.
