Job Description
We are conducting a confidential search for a President & CEO to lead an established commercial concrete and masonry contractor. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this executive will oversee company strategy, operations, financial performance, leadership development, and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead operations across multiple markets, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and project execution. Oversee estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field operations. Drive financial accountability through budgeting, job costing, forecasting, and margin management. Develop senior leaders, strengthen customer relationships, and guide strategic expansion. Ideal Background Proven executive leadership of a substantial specialty contracting company, region, or division. Extensive commercial concrete experience, including tilt-up and structural concrete. Masonry experience is required. Strong background in self-perform construction, workforce management, and leading teams across multiple locations. Demonstrated command of construction financials, WIP reporting, estimating, and operational risk. The position is based in Las Vegas and requires regular travel to regional operations and project sites.
