Job Description
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Operations Manager to join our team! SHG is an organization whose success is rooted in its service culture. General Hotel Operations Oversee day-to-day operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth, efficient property performance
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating basis, resolving guest issues and operational disruptions in real time
Monitor guest satisfaction scores (e.g., GSS, TripAdvisor, Google reviews) and implement service recovery and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local licensing requirements
Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses against forecasted targets
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across operational teams
Lead or contribute to weekly operations meetings, reporting on KPIs to senior leadership Food & Beverage Operations Partner closely with Front Desk and F&B teams to drive quality, consistency, and profitability across all outlets (restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquets/events)
Support menu engineering, pricing strategy, and promotional planning in collaboration with management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Oversee event and banquet execution, coordinating with sales and catering teams to deliver on client expectations
Analyze F&B guest feedback and outlet performance data to identify opportunities for service and revenue improvement
Assist in inventories
Assist in vendor and supplier management, including contract negotiations and inventory control What's in it for you? EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1-3
years of experience in similar leadership role. (I.E. Front desk supervisor, F&B manager or Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, etc.) would be recommended. Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
