This pivotal role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of impactful programs that serve diverse populations. As a Program Director, you will inspire teams, foster strategic partnerships, and drive innovative solutions. Your leadership will empower our employees, promote positive change, and ensure the sustainability of our programs. Duties:
Lead the training, development, and implementation of the HighScope curriculum Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to build a motivated and effective team Oversee program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and billing Develop and implement marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms to raise awareness and engage stakeholders Collect and analyze data on program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts and demonstrate impact Serve as a public speaker at community events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to advocate for program initiatives Coordinate fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and funding agencies Supervise staff members involved in program delivery, providing mentorship and performance evaluations Facilitate training sessions Oversee administrative tasks including reporting, compliance documentation, and record-keeping Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams Strong background in program development, project management, and strategic planning Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Knowledge of marketing techniques and experience managing social media campaigns for organizational outreach Familiarity with data collection methods and tools for evaluating program success Experience in fundraising activities including grant writing and donor engagement Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative environments Administrative proficiency with experience managing budgets, reports, and compliance documentation Prior recruiting experience for volunteer or staff positions is preferred Join us in this rewarding role where your leadership will inspire change!
