We are seeking a reliable, guest-focused Overnight Innkeeper to join our team. Position Summary The Overnight Innkeeper serves as the sole on-site host during overnight hours ensuring every guest has a safe, comfortable, and seamless stay. This role requires strong judgment, genuine hospitality, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and complete check-in procedures
• Assist with early departures and process check-outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to all overnight guest requests and concerns
• Resolve issues calmly; escalate to management when appropriate
• Perform light housekeeping of common areas and restock guest amenities
• Assist with laundering sheets, bedding, linens and towels
• Set up and prepare the property for the morning (breakfast setup, common area refresh)
• Conduct property walkthroughs and maintain an accurate overnight log Requirements
• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services preferred
• Professional, warm communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable and committed to overnight scheduling
• Comfort with basic reservation and communication technology
• Must be able to perform light physical tasks throughout the shift
