Service Technician - Plumbing Services

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Service Technician specializing in Plumbing Services to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing systems across commercial and residential sites. Key Responsibilities:

Snaking, jetting and video inspections of sewer lines to restore pipe flow. Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and residential sewage pump systems, float switches and controls. Installing and repairing water heaters, softener, and filtration systems for commercial and residential. Performing routine, preventative, and emergency service work on residential and commercial sites. Capture clear photos and video recordings of pipe conditions for documentation and reporting. Explain findings and recommended repairs to customers in a professional manner. Skills Previous experience working with plumbing systems General knowledge of drain cleaning, pipe systems, and plumbing repair techniques Experience with drain snaking and hydro jetting equipment a plus Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Comfortable using mobile devices or cameras to document work (photos/videos) Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Join our team as a Service Technician - Plumbing Services if you're passionate about building systems, eager to learn new skills, and ready to make a tangible impact through your technical expertise.
