Front of House Maître D' — Red Hat on the River Red Hat on the River is looking for an experienced Front of House Maître D' to lead our floor and set the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. What you'll do: Own the front desk and manage reservations via OpenTable Work the floor and the phone during service — greeting, seating, and ensuring smooth guest flow Lead on host training and supervise the host team Serve as the onsite manager for private events and functions Book and coordinate semi-private events Handle guest concerns with poise and resolve issues in real time Communicate management by email and Slack Partner with management on service standards and floor operations What you bring: Proven experience as a Maître D', Front of House Manager, or similar leadership role Hands-on proficiency with OpenTable Strong leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of a team A calm, welcoming presence, even when the floor is at full capacity Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Red Hat on the
