Job Description
Quest Wealth Management is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team in Liverpool, NY. Founded in 2003, we are an established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm looking to add to our office operations team. This is much more than a traditional administrative position. The person we hire will work closely with our advisors, office manager, clients, and financial partners and will have the opportunity to take on increased office management responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Assist with opening and processing new client accounts Prepare paperwork and follow up on outstanding account items Schedule client meetings and help prepare for appointments Sit in on certain client meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up items Communicate with clients and financial institutions to obtain necessary information Help maintain client records and internal systems Assist with company Facebook and social media initiatives Help create and coordinate client email communications and marketing Assist with client appreciation events and other special events Work on new projects designed to improve the overall client experience Provide support to our advisors and Office Manager as needed Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients. Previous experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, a credit union, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a basic understanding of financial terminology and retirement accounts, including concepts such as the difference between a Traditional IRA and Roth IRA. You do not need to be a financial advisor or currently hold securities licenses. We are looking for someone who enjoys the client service and operations side of financial planning and would like to build a long-term career in the industry. Strong communication skills and comfort with technology, social media, email marketing, and learning new systems are important. Compensation & Opportunity Base salary: $50,000-$55,000 , depending on experience Annual performance bonus opportunity: 5-10% 3% company contribution to Retirement Plan Paid vacation time All Federal holidays are paid time off (when the market is closed) Professional development and training Long-term opportunity for advancement into Assistant Office Manager and eventually Office Manager This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to become an important part of a close-knit financial planning team, develop meaningful relationships with clients, and take on greater responsibility as they grow with our firm.
