Job Summary Established residential window and gutter cleaning company seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations Manager. This is not a desk job. The right person will work directly in the field, lead jobs at customers' homes, oversee quality, interact professionally with clients, and help ensure operations run smoothly day to day. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, communicates well, and can be trusted to represent the business independently. What You'll Do Residential window cleaning and gutter cleaning jobs throughout Long Island Work hands-on alongside small team in the field Following a training and transition period, serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers Maintain high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service Identify issues proactively and bring to owners for resolution Ensure equipment, vehicles, and supplies are organized and maintained Assist with training and supervising additional crew members over time Help maintain the reputation and reliability the business has built over many years Work with the owners to identify growth opportunities for the business What We're Looking For Extremely reliable and punctual Trustworthy and professional in customers' homes Strong work ethic and attention to detail Calm, respectful communication style with customers and coworkers Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Able to work independently and take ownership Leadership mentality — someone who naturally takes responsibility Clean driver's license and reliable transportation to central meeting location Experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, construction, landscaping, home services, or another hands-on trade is preferred, but not required for the right person Position Details Paid year-round, with seasonal fluctuations in workload and hours Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibility Stable, well-established residential customer base in affluent Nassau County neighborhoods Owner will provide training and transition support Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, reliability, leadership ability, and overall fit.
