Position:
The Manager in Training- Operations is a structured development opportunity for high-potential, early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in healthcare operations and future leadership.
Success:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, supply chain, project management, or a related field required. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, logistics, operations, retail, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a leadership role, student organization, volunteer setting, internship, or team-based environment is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with patients, colleagues, referral sources, and leadership. Genuine interest in healthcare operations, service excellence, and developing into a future leadership role. Strong organization, time-management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work collaboratively across departments, and remain calm and professional in occasionally stressful situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems, including operational, inventory, scheduling, and customer-management platforms. Compensation:
$20.00- 24.
