What You'll Do:

Take room photos and complete 360-degree digital site scans using our user-friendly mobile software. Outline the

Perform basic initial walkthroughs to identify affected areas and outline the cleanup plan.

Lead On-Site Operations:

Direct daily field crews, enforce quality standards, and ensure jobs stay on track.

What We Offer:

Salary:

$45k-$60,000 per year base pay. Full paid industry training and certifications. Company vehicle/allowance, smartphone, and field technology provided. Health benefits and 3 weeks paid time

Who Fits Best:

Excellent face-to-face communication skills and empathy. Tech-comfortable (if you can use a smartphone, ipad you can use our 360 camera software). Valid clean driver's license and a strong, dependable work ethic. Minimal Field work not required but preferred

Pay:
