Job Description
Job Summary
Aviation Search Group is partnered with Global Aircraft Interiors, Inc., a premier provider of custom private jet interiors and full-service refurbishment, to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team. This individual will lead operational performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time project delivery while driving growth and elevating the customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations, including task assignment, inspections, work order management, and inventory control.
Lead leadership meetings to communicate business updates, drive strategic planning, and identify opportunities to increase productivity and revenue.
Develop and retain high-performing teams by fostering a positive work environment, overseeing training programs, and managing recruitment efforts as needed.
Analyze production and operational reports, resolving issues related to operations, warehousing, and maintenance to minimize costs and avoid delays.
Establish and maintain production and quality standards, improve efficiency, implement cost controls, and ensure full compliance with FAA 145 regulations.
Manage a small shop environment, overseeing a team of 5-7 employees.
Report directly to the owner, providing daily updates and participating in regular meetings.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation completions.
Strong operational expertise with hands-on facility management experience.
Proven track record of improving on-time delivery, reducing costs, and effectively managing teams.
Takes full ownership of responsibilities; confident in leading projects through completion while managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrates sound business judgment and strong decision-making skills.
Methodical, diligent, and driven to achieve results.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Experience with Gulfstream, Falcon Jet, or Bombardier aircraft preferred.
