Job Description

Senior Snow Operations Manager Long Island, NY | Northeast Region Full Time, Year Round Position. This is not a seasonal role. NYM Group is growing and looking to add a highly experienced Senior Snow Operations Manager to our team. This position will lead and support snow operations throughout the Northeast, working closely with our Territory Managers, leadership team, and field operations. Outside of snow season, this role will work alongside our Landscape Operations Manager to support landscape operations, customer success, operational excellence, and continued division growth. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, readiness, and execution of Northeast snow operations Coordinate with Territory Managers before, during, and after weather events Review contracts, scopes, service requirements, and property specific snow plans Coordinate staffing, equipment, materials, and operational resources Monitor service delivery, property conditions, inspections, and storm documentation Maintain strong customer communication and ensure service expectations are exceeded Participate in post storm reviews focused on performance, profitability, and improvement Support Landscape Operations and year round operational initiatives Identify opportunities for customer retention, service expansion, and division growth Drive accountability, operational consistency, and NYM's standards for service excellence Qualifications Extensive commercial snow and ice management experience Experience managing multi property or multi market operations Commercial landscape or exterior property services experience preferred Strong operational leadership and decision making skills Excellent customer relationship and communication skills Understanding of contracts, scopes, operational performance, and profitability Ability to travel throughout the Northeast as needed Availability for extended hours during winter weather events Valid driver's license What We're Looking For We are looking for a seasoned operational leader who understands both field execution and the bigger picture. Success in this role means more than managing storms. It means excellent operations, exceptional customer service, strong team leadership, continuous improvement, and growing successful divisions.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
