Job Description
Supervises daily Front of House operations and provides leadership during all shifts Leads by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service Coaches, mentors, and develops FOH team members while maintaining high service standards Assists with staffing, shift execution, and floor management Produces and reviews daily operational reports, including: Sales Golf simulator utilization Food and beverage performance Labor costs Inventory Assists with daily cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable procedures Supports the care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facility and guest-facing areas Executes event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures successful event operations Assists in coordinating private events, leagues, tournaments, and corporate outings Resolves guest concerns quickly and professionally while creating memorable experiences Ensures compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards Partners with management to identify operational improvements and drive business performance Sales Golf simulator utilization Food and beverage performance Labor costs Inventory One to three years of hospitality or restaurant management or supervisory experience Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing team members Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment Business-minded with an understanding of labor, sales, and operational performance Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience in sports entertainment, restaurants, hospitality, golf, or event venues Knowledge of inventory controls and cash handling procedures Experience working with private events or banquet operations Competitive hourly pay plus service charge earnings Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding hospitality brand Fun, energetic, and team-focused work environment Work with cutting-edge golf simulator technology Be part of creating unforgettable guest experiences every day Healthcare Benefits
