Role Overview The Restoration Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of all field and production activities within the CRDN/Best Restoration division. This leader ensures operational excellence, meticulous inventory management, and superior client service from initial pack-out through final delivery. The manager will directly supervise the Restoration Field Manager and the Restoration Production Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and culture across all operational touchpoints.

$3,750 quarterly bonus max depending on KPI metrics met and weekly KPI reporting sheet completed

Requirements:
BEST Restoration CRDN (East & SYR combined) annual revenue equals $4million/year in collected revenue. $15,000 24 month contract met and successful training and execution of replacement Field Manager and Restoration Operations Manager role.

Reporting Hours:
On-site 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. (Of course, actual hours may vary depending on the Company's business needs.) Directly Reporting to: Melody Conklin, Director of Operations and Tim McCann, Managing Partner Key Responsibilities1. Operational & Process Management Oversight Oversee all field logistics, production timelines, and facility management to ensure consistency with Best Companies/CRDN standards of Safety, Quality, and Speed. Drive continuous process improvement, collaborating with the Field and Production Managers to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics, pack-outs, cleaning cycles, timelines, storage and deliveries. Ensure rigorous compliance with all CRDN standards and insurance carrier-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the full project lifecycle. Ensure accurate use and maintenance of operational software, including RestoNet, Xactimate uploading, and Restoration Financial Entry/QuickBooks integration. 2. Management and Team Leadership Directly supervise, coach, and mentor the Restoration Field Manager and the Restoration Production Manager to achieve departmental goals and encourage internal growth and accountability of teams and leaders. Manage employee engagement and development for direct reports using Passport tracking, focusing on accountability and growth plans. Uphold and promote the company's core values: Fun, Passion, Real, and Curious, ensuring cultural alignment throughout the operations team. Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, and training programs for the entire operations team. 3. Quality Control & Inventory Chain of Custody Ensure the Field Manager maintains a secure chain of custody for homeowner belongings, overseeing precision inventory, packing, transport, including meticulous folder and photo documentation. Verify that all field documentation (e.g., field files, photo documentation) is completed with zero-defect accuracy. Ensure the Production Manager maintains superior quality control on all restoration activities, including detailing, ozone use, hand cleaning of textiles and electronics, and final assembly/packaging. Oversee fleet safety and vehicle maintenance programs (Netradyne, Maintenance and Repair Tracking). 4. Financial & Performance Management Monitor and manage departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on maintaining labor costs within target percentages and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals. Support the sales and estimating teams by coordinating the clear handoff of approved projects and providing technical clarification to the field production teams as needed. Oversee elements of invoicing, payment tracking, and Accounts Receivable (AR) related to restoration claims.
