Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations / District Manager to oversee 5 QSR locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and leading a team of General Managers to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned units, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and compliance. Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to enhance performance and drive results. Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and brand standards. Analyze financial reports, control costs, and optimize labor scheduling. Develop and execute strategies for employee retention, training, and performance improvement. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide coaching. Collaborate with corporate leadership on business objectives and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a multi-unit leadership role within the QSR industry. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed. Passion for operational excellence and team development.
