Business Coordinator - Vestal Dental Associates Vestal Dental Associates is seeking a Business Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every patient. As the first point of contact for our practice, the Business Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering and managing phone calls
  • Collecting payments
  • Coordinating front office operations The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, computer proficiency, and a genuine commitment to hospitality and patient care are essential.   • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a dental, medical, or hospitality setting is preferred.

Schedule:
Full-time (32+ hours per week)
    Compensation:
    Competitive pay based on experience.
