LA Fitness Location:
West Seneca | Full-Time We're seeking a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily gym operations and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve member concerns and issues Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness Coordinate with vendors and service providers Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training staff Create and manage employee schedules Support daily operations and ensure smooth club performance
Qualifications:
1-3 years of management or fitness experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
