What You'll Do Lead and oversee 2nd shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best Jump in and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness Conduct quality inspections and final walkthroughs Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally Monitor labor hours and help keep operations on budget Run quick daily huddles and communicate updates clearly Build a positive, team-first culture What You Bring Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) Reliable transportation + clean driving record Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and lead by example Experience with inventory or labor management is a plus Bilingual?
