Role:

Janitorial Floater As a Floater, you play a crucial role in our operations. You'll work across multiple buildings, stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean, safe environment for clients. You'll also support management in training new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover staff shortages at various client locations
• Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards
• Assist supervisors with onboarding and training new hires
• Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation is required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
