Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory management and merchandising strategies. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and promote career growth. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services. Monitor budgetary constraints, ensuring that the store operates within financial guidelines. Drive retail sales by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve targets. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high morale. Assist in store management duties as needed, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service resolution. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams effectively. Proficient in retail math for analyzing sales performance and inventory levels. Experience in training development to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relations and procurement processes. Solid understanding of store management principles, including budgeting and financial oversight. Ability to drive retail sales through effective strategies and team motivation. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role is preferred.
