Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Own day-to-day operations of an individual data hall building as the campus grows to multiple buildings. What you'll do: Own building-level uptime, staffing, and housekeeping Coordinate maintenance windows with campus teams Manage building-level vendor activities Drive safety and quality standards in the building Report building KPIs to the Director of CF Operations What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
