Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Run the business rhythm of the campus: budgeting, reporting, vendor administration, and cross-team coordination. What you'll do: Own site operating budget tracking and monthly reporting Administer service contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding Coordinate space, logistics, and shared services across teams Support tenant reporting and audit requests Continuously improve site business processes What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
