This position is ideal for a professional with strong leadership experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, entertainment, or guest-focused operations. We are looking for someone who can lead teams, maintain operational consistency, support customer experience initiatives, and help drive overall venue performance. Responsibilities Oversee operational activities across multiple hospitality venues Support management teams with staffing, scheduling, and operational execution Monitor daily business performance and assist with operational improvements Maintain service quality, team accountability, and guest satisfaction standards Help manage labor, inventory, and venue expenses Coordinate with internal teams during events and high-volume business periods Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational procedures Assist with resolving operational and guest-related concerns professionally Qualifications 5+ years of leadership or operations experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, entertainment, or customer-facing industries Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in real time Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with staffing coordination, scheduling, or operational reporting is preferred Preferred Background Multi-location or multi-department operations experience Hospitality or entertainment venue leadership Experience managing high customer traffic environments Familiarity with inventory processes or POS systems What We Offer Competitive compensation package Bonus opportunities based on performance Long-term growth potential Dynamic and team-oriented work environment If you enjoy hospitality operations, leadership, and fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply today.
