Must have an LNHA License in Ohio The Regional Director of Operations will provide leadership to Area Clinical Managers and clinical associates in the delivery of clinical excellence and efficient healthcare services to clients. This candidate must reside anywhere in the Columbus area. The Regional Director of Operations will lead the team to meet or exceed clinical quality, efficiency, and financial targets.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

5 years of operational and financial management experience in health care Experience as a clinical leader or senior manager is preferred Experience with contract management of clinical services and health care systems is preferred Demonstrated leadership of people and business processes Proven track record in managing change in complex environments Ability to read, interpret, analyze, and prepare business and financial reports and documents Must have own transportation methods to travel to all our facilities Meets credentialing and licensure requirements for the assigned programs and have documented verification of credentials
