Site Manager - Double Tunnel Car Wash Splash Car Wash is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead operations at one of our high-volume, double tunnel locations.

Position Overview:

The Site Manager will oversee daily operations of a fast-paced, high-volume double tunnel car wash, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and a clean, well-maintained facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the car wash Create and maintain staff schedules Ensure site cleanliness and overall appearance standards Lead, train, and motivate team members Monitor performance and drive sales and customer satisfaction Maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

Prior management experience required (car wash or similar high-volume environment preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Reliable and team-oriented mindset
