The Role We're hiring a Construction Superintendent to own field execution across our projects. This is a true field leadership role. You will drive production, lead crews, protect quality, and ensure every job reflects the Omni standard. We're not looking for someone to manage from the sidelines. We want someone who takes ownership and delivers results. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
