You will be responsible for driving profitability, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring that our technical installation services consistently exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Oversee daily service center operations, focusing on resource allocation, productivity, and cost-efficiency. Cultivate a collaborative work environment by coaching staff, managing performance, and developing talent. Implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance service quality. Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure workplace. Drive business growth by managing key customer relationships and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Utilize technical expertise in door and glass installation to troubleshoot complex issues and support field teams. Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, expense control, and financial performance reporting. Qualifications Required Skills 10+ years of experience in the door and glass installation industry. 5+ years of proven leadership experience with full P&L oversight. Strong proficiency in operational budgeting and performance analysis. Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing cross-functional teams. Expertise in power tools and technical mechanical applications. Preferred Skills Experience in outside sales and business development.
