This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, communicates with clarity and confidence, and has a heart for service.

Key Responsibilities:

o Oversee daily operations including scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery o Lead and support a team of dispatch supervisors, customer service representatives, and drivers o Ensure efficient routing, on-time performance, and high-quality service o Problem-solve in real time and make quick, sound decisions o Maintain strong communication across all levels of the organization o Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiency

Qualifications:

o Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience o Proven track record of successfully managing and developing people and processes o Strong background in logistics, transportation, scheduling, or operations o Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and optimize software systems o Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills o Highly organized with strong attention to detail o Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
