Take ownership of field operations on large-scale data center Builder known for tackling technically challenging projects About Our Client Our client is an established national construction management firm with extensive experience delivering complex commercial and mission-critical facilities. Their portfolio includes advanced technology and data center projects requiring exceptional planning, safety, and execution. Job Description Oversee daily field operations from groundbreaking through commissioning. Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics. Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform activities. Ensure quality control and safety compliance across the project. Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges proactively. Manage labor, equipment, and material utilization. Lead field meetings and maintain strong communication with project teams. Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods. Ability to travel as required. What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 Annual performance bonus.
