Job Description

Position Summary:
Supervise staff involved in performing internal operations in the program. Plans, supervises, and implements process and procedures to ensure strong program performance. Collaborates closely with site operations coordinators, care team supervisors, clinical supervisors, and site leadership to ensure overall customer service, safety and quality of care and support on a daily basis. while overseeing outcomes for staff and clients. Responsible for monitoring and addressing facility safety and maintenance together with facilities and maintenance personnel.
Position Description:
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the site/location in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation, and agency standardsMaintain site/location effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring safety, security, and environmental complianceSchedule staff, plan for necessaryshiftcoverage,inventoryand maintenance to ensure smooth operations and meeting of deadlines/goalsApprove employee time cards and paid time off requests, coordinates unpaid leave with HRMay assist with budget development and ensure operation within budgetMaintain program and client workflow and delegate effectivelyCollaborate with Supervisor and Associate Director on initiatives for effective site operationsAssist in enhancing collaboration and cooperation between service lines to ensure service integrationConduct or participate in the hiring of all reporting staffDirect and supervise personnel by ensuring training needs are met and regular supervision and coaching occursCarries out 90-day reviews for new staff and annual performance reviews for all staff under their supervisionCarry out and coordinate corrective action with HR for staff who are not meeting performance standards or requirements, up to and including formal notice and/or termination;Assure compliance with site audits, peer reviews, and agency Continuous Quality Improvement initiativesGenerate outcome data and use for improvementMonitor and complete all reports according to contract, licensing,certificationandaccreditation standardsFollow protocols in responding to,reportingand resolving unusual incidentsMitigate risk using intervention skills and anticipate/prevent crisisRespond to and perform work as necessary to ensure site/location deadlines and operational goals are met Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of supervisory experience or 5 years of operational/administrative support experienceValid drivers license and current auto insurance
