Stay Dry Waterproofing is a rapidly growing leader in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, mold remediation, yard drainage, and related services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results, maintaining high standards, and building a winning culture. We're on track to scale our operations to $10M+ in annual sales, and we're looking for a hands-on, highly organized Field Manager to lead the charge in the field. Position Overview The Field Manager will oversee all field crews—both production and service—ensuring that jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. You'll also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent to grow our field capacity in line with our company goals. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead from the front, and has the organizational skills to keep multiple crews running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Directly manage and support all production and service crews in the field Ensure jobs are completed to quality standards with minimal callbacks Oversee daily scheduling, manpower allocation, and job readiness Drive efficiency to keep crew hours within target while maximizing output Recruit, hire, and onboard new crew members to expand capacity Mentor and develop team members for long-term growth Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with office staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and customer communication Track and report on field performance metrics Qualifications Proven experience in construction, waterproofing, restoration, or related trades Strong leadership and team management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities Driven, dependable, and committed to results Ability to recruit, train, and retain field staff Must be able to travel between Columbus and Cincinnati locations as needed Must be able to work full-time without significant outside conflicts Valid driver's license and clean driving record required What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Company vehicle and fuel card Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and advancement A results-driven, supportive company culture
