This is not a desk-only management position . Initially, this person will work in the field as one of our lead technicians while also helping manage crews, job execution, scheduling, equipment, safety, quality control, and customer communication.
Responsibilities include:
Work alongside crews performing commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and specialty exterior cleaning Lead crews and keep jobs moving efficiently Coordinate daily schedules, employees, equipment, and job requirements Maintain strong safety and quality standards Train and develop new technicians Communicate professionally with commercial customers and property managers Help troubleshoot problems in the field Perform site walkthroughs and help prepare upcoming projects Track job progress, labor hours, and crew performance Take increasing ownership of the Cleveland operation as the market grows The person we're looking for: You don't necessarily need previous management experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, comfortable leading people, organized, accountable, and wants an opportunity to build something. Experience in window cleaning, construction, exterior services, pressure washing, roofing, high-rise work, facilities maintenance, or another field-service business is a plus.
Pay:
$50,112.20 - $60,350.18 per year
