Business Operations Administrator

Our environment is professional, organized, and built on trust. ________________________________________ Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (with flexibility as needed) In-office position (North Olmsted) ________________________________________ What You'll Do This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role where your work will directly support daily operations and long-term success.

You will:

Support Administration Team projects and initiatives Ownership of the Business Partner Program, collaborating across departments Own business partner program Coordinate company travel and logistics Plan and support internal events and activities Maintain and improve internal tracking systems and documentation Assist with HR processes, including onboarding coordination Oversee and coordinate internal equipment program This role is designed to grow over time as you become more familiar with the business and take on additional responsibilities. ________________________________________ What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You take pride in owning your work from start to finish You are highly organized and naturally detailoriented You are comfortable working independently and figuring things out You communicate professionally and build strong relationships You bring a positive, approachable presence to the workplace You are techsavvy and enjoy learning new systems You are looking for a stable, longterm role where you can grow and contribute ________________________________________ Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams Comfortable learning new tools and technology College degree preferred ________________________________________ Requirements Must pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship Must complete our candidate survey (link provided below before interview consideration)
