Join our team as a Director of Operations! As a Director of Operations, you will play a key role in leading our team and driving the success of Chick-fil-A Ontario-Mansfield. This dynamic position gives you the opportunity to oversee a significant area of our business, such as Front of House, Back of House, or Catering. You will develop leaders, strengthen systems, and ensure operational excellence while helping us make every interaction an opportunity to Care, Encourage, and Inspire.

Key Responsibilities:
