Operations Supervisor

Production Supervisor - All Shifts The Operations Supervisor will oversee up to 20 employees and manage key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies using continuous improvement methods, problem-solving, and root cause analysis to enhance goals, procedures, safety, efficiency, and uptime. The supervisor will run and participate in meetings and is expected to be on the floor 80-90% of the time to learn and work alongside the team. The role requires a business owner mindset, focusing on improving culture through employee involvement. Communication with other departments such as engineering, quality, shipping, maintenance, and scheduling is essential, along with completing daily and monthly reports using Microsoft Office and identifying capital improvement projects.
