Job Description

Overview:
The person in this role is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
Manages communication with facility contact, territory marketers, and other management. Managing duties performed by the dental/ancillary coordinators assigned to the territories (i.e., planning and coordination of facility clinical visit schedules, etc.). Editing and distributing schedule created by the dental/ancillary coordinators. Responsible for managing direct reports. Responsible for territory logistics including supply ordering and inventory management. Submitting credentialing information to facilities for providers. A high level of personal productivity. A commitment to excellent customer service. Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy. Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years management experience required Electronic Medical Records experience required Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations and/or scheduling required Front or back office medical/dental experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

Critical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environment. Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines.
