About Vincent William Vincent William is an award-winning winery, restaurant, boutique inn, and event destination on the shores of Lake Erie. We're building one of the Midwest's most unique hospitality experiences, and we're looking for a leader who wants to help shape what's next. The Role The Director of Operations / General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while building systems, developing people, and driving operational excellence. Working alongside ownership and the Executive Chef, you'll lead all non-culinary operations across the restaurant, winery, boutique inn, private events, and guest experience. What You'll Do Lead and develop managers and front-of-house teams Create systems and improve operational efficiency Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction Oversee scheduling, labor, and daily operations Drive accountability through KPIs and financial performance Partner with ownership to execute new initiatives and grow the business Foster a positive, high-performing culture Who You Are 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience Proven experience leading managers and developing teams Strong operational and financial acumen Calm under pressure and highly organized Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Excited to build something-not just maintain it Why Vincent William This isn't a corporate management role.
