Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves and organizing stockroom areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns Assist in supervising team members when needed, including overseeing daily operations Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and POS operations Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and stock management preferred Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and professional appearance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, working as part of a team, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
