Job Description

Site Operations ManagerOverview We're looking for a driven, hands-on Site Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of a location with multiple revenue centers while leading the launch and continued growth of additional revenue centers on site. You'll oversee a multi-brand, multi-revenue-center operation, keeping quality, efficiency, and standards steady across all of them. In this role, you'll lead the on-site team, set direction, and build the systems and routines that keep guests happy in a high-volume setting. The right person can move between revenue centers and brands with ease—protecting what makes each one distinct while holding a consistent bar for how the whole location performs. What You'll Do Keep operations leadership in the loop with regular updates and open lines of communication Partner with Human Resources on staffing, paperwork, and related needs Train and equip every team member to do their job well Uphold a clean, safe space for guests and staff in line with all health and safety rules Build a weekly schedule that keeps every shift properly covered Address guest concerns quickly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction Keep a close eye on food quality and service, stepping in whenever standards slip Handle bank deposits and change orders with accuracy Review invoices and sign off for payment Work refunds and trace receipts through the POS to keep discrepancies in check Check temperatures, taste and inspect products, and review prep methods to safeguard quality Verify hours worked and make any payroll time-entry corrections Administer tip pooling in the POS so distribution stays fair See that all alcohol is served safely, responsibly, and within the law Keep equipment serviced per the location's safety and preventive-maintenance program Stay ahead on stock by counting inventory, placing orders, and pulling supplies Connect daily with each revenue center and brand lead on site to keep everything aligned with business goals What You Bring A track record of managing teams and operations in food and beverage Confident leadership and strong people skills A measured, well-rounded approach to decisions that weighs input from different angles Comfort juggling priorities and managing time when things move fast Sharp problem-solving and clear communication Willingness and ability to clear a background check At least 18 years of age Availability for a minimum of 50 hours per week Flexibility to cover some weekends, evenings, and holidays Dependable transportation and a habit of showing up on time What We Offer Paid training Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision coverage Management bonus program We are an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
