The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating strategic priorities into operating routines, performance measures, and field-ready enablement materials that support consistent execution across diverse global markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth Develop and own the multi-year global service parts strategy, aligned to overall services and company growth objectives. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across regions — new markets, underpenetrated segments, pricing optimization, and channel expansion. Set global standards and KPIs for service parts performance (fill rate, revenue growth, margin, inventory turns) while allowing for regional flexibility. Partner with sales and marketing to build go-to-market strategies for parts. Partner with NPDI team to ensure product release support strategic growth of parts business. Leadership Serve as the central point of alignment across regional service parts teams, ensuring consistent strategy execution while respecting local market dynamics. Build governance cadences (e.g., quarterly business reviews) to track regional performance against global targets. Identify and scale best practices across regions; resolve conflicts between global standardization and local needs. Lifecycle Management Own the service parts portfolio strategy, including pricing, obsolescence management, and end-of-life planning. Partner with product engineering to ensure new product introductions include a fully developed parts strategy from launch. Drive decisions on make-vs-buy, sourcing strategy, and supplier partnerships for parts. Performance & Reporting Define, monitor and improve key KPI for the global service parts business. Build and present business cases for strategic investments (systems, network changes, new offerings) to executive leadership. Report on strategy progress, growth metrics, and ROI to senior leadership. Act as a key liaison with regional GMs, service leaders, and channel/dealer partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in service parts, aftermarket, supply chain, or related strategic roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategy across multiple regions or global markets. Strong track record of driving revenue and margin growth in a part, aftermarket, or related B2B/B2C environment. Deep understanding of parts planning, inventory optimization, and distribution network design. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and boards. Strong analytical skills — able to build and interpret financial models, forecasts, and business cases. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require; travel may be up to 25%.
