Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex programs and projects that support the Operations division. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Program Manager will coordinate resources, manage schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems proactively while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Jira Required Experience and Skills:
