As a supervisor in our college dining facility, you'll lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our campus. You'll oversee and guide a team, manage daily tasks, handle customer inquiries, and drive staff performance. Your role includes training new staff and collaborating to enhance dining efficiency. Conduct training for new and current employees on safety, service protocols, and job-specific tasks. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and university policies for a safe dining environment. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in food service, showcasing leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to enhance the dining experience for staff and customers. Proficiency in dining facility operations, including food prep, service standards, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining smooth operations. Adaptability in managing staff and operations within a fast-paced dining environment, handling changing priorities and diverse situations.
