Job Description

Job Summary :
The Enrollment & Records Coordinator provides frontline service and administrative support within the Registrar's Office. This role assists students, faculty, and staff with registration, transcript processing, academic records maintenance, and general inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Student Services & Support Assist students with registration, add/drop, withdrawal, and enrollment verification processes Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Provide guidance on academic policies and procedures Records Processing Process official and unofficial transcript requests Maintain and update student records in the Student Information System Scan, file, and archive academic documentation Verify student enrollment and degree completion Administrative Support Support commencement preparation and graduation logistics Assist with grade entry support and faculty communications Monitor shared inboxes and maintain accurate tracking logs Support data cleanup and routine records audits
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service mindset Experience handling confidential information
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements :
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of administrative, records management, or customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Banner database systems
Preferred Qualifications :
