• we serve our communities. As an Area Director, you are the "Anchor" for a regional cluster of 3-6 locations. Your Mission is to ensure every store in your territory operates with the same level of quality, hospitality, and efficiency as our flagship locations. You are a mentor to our Store Managers and the primary liaison for our key supply chain partners. Key Responsibilities
• Regional Oversight
• Direct responsibility for the P&L
• Labor Cost
• Food Cost and waste
• Act as the primary regional contact for our food provider
• Ensure product consistency
• Manage inventory audits
• Troubleshoot supply issues to keep our Kitchens running at 100%
• People Development
• Identify and "level up" high performing team members. Build a team of future Managers.
• Expansion Support
• Lead the charge when we open new locations in your area. Will oversee training and ensure the "Boomarang Way" is established from Day 1. Daily & Weekly Routine
• Have a "Road Warrior" mentality
• Spend 80% of your time in the field. You should visit at least one Area store per day to perform "Pulse Checks" on quality and service.

• Host weekly meeting with your Store Managers to share wins, solve problems, and prep for upcoming promotions.
• "Data Driven Leadership
• Review daily reports and work with the ownership team to spot trends before they become problems. Requirements
• Multi-Unit Experience-Proven track record managing at least 3+ high
