Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our retail team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a diverse team while maintaining a positive and productive store environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail management and have the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Complete Daily Sheets & Make Daily Deposits Stay on Top of Rent Collection & Receipting Assist with Month End Report to Owner at weekly Management Meetings & Via Email/Phone daily. Keep Audits Clean & Orderly (Training Provided) Maintain All Safety Trainings Support Upper Management for Events Planning & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including Assistant Managers, to build a high-performing team. Utilize Retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding budgeting and inventory management. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment. Ensure effective communication within the team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages feedback and innovation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Skills Proficiency in POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff. Solid understanding of Retail math for analyzing financial performance metrics. Experience in recruiting talent for various roles within the store. Knowledge of budgeting processes to manage store expenses effectively. Previous experience in retail management is preferred, showcasing an ability to drive sales growth.
