Fixed Operations / Service Manager Keystone Chevrolet - 3.4 Sand Springs, OK Job Details Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Fixed Operations Manager / Service Manager Keystone Chevrolet | Sand Springs, Oklahoma Keystone Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and motivated Fixed Operations Manager / Service Manager to lead our service department and help strengthen the overall customer experience. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership service operations, develops strong teams, communicates well with customers, and knows how to improve performance without sacrificing quality or integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the service department Recruit, train, coach, and retain service advisors, technicians, and support staff Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, labor sales, repair-order performance, and departmental profitability Maintain appropriate workflow and ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and Chevrolet CSI performance Review open repair orders, declined services, warranty work, and customer follow-up Coordinate effectively with the parts, sales, accounting, and warranty departments Ensure compliance with GM procedures, warranty requirements, safety standards, and dealership policies Resolve customer concerns professionally and protect long-term customer relationships Develop processes that increase service capacity, customer-pay business, and department profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service operation Report department results, challenges, and opportunities to dealership leadership Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive dealership service-management or fixed-operations experience Strong knowledge of service-department financials and key performance indicators Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team Understanding of dealership repair-order processes, warranty administration, and manufacturer standards Excellent customer-service and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through abilities Comfortable using dealership-management and manufacturer systems GM or Chevrolet dealership experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Performance-based earning opportunities Established dealership with a strong customer base Supportive, locally focused leadership Opportunity to build and develop a high-performing service team Employee benefits and vehicle-related advantages Long-term career opportunity with room to make a meaningful impact The right candidate will be visible in the department, engaged with employees and customers, and committed to building a service operation known for communication, accountability, quality work, and dependable customer care.
