® & MLS Technology The CEO is seeking a highly organized, trusted professional to serve as his strategic administrative partner. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is designed for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys creating order from complexity, and understands that protecting an executive's time is one of the organization's most valuable assets. This position serves as the CEO's operational hub by managing communications, coordinating priorities, monitoring organizational projects, and ensuring important initiatives keep moving forward. The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, anticipates needs before they arise, and is comfortable communicating with senior leaders, staff, volunteers, and industry professionals. Primary Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling priorities. Draft and manage professional email correspondence and executive communications. Protect the CEO's time by managing interruptions, prioritizing requests, and ensuring appropriate follow-up. Track organizational initiatives and regularly communicate with department leaders regarding project status, deadlines, and operational priorities. Prepare agendas, reports, meeting materials, and executive briefing documents. Coordinate confidential projects and maintain highly sensitive information with absolute discretion. Assist with organizational planning and executive-level administrative support. Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal departments. The Ideal Candidate Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail. Highly professional, discreet, and trustworthy. Loyal, dependable, and committed to confidentiality. Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. An excellent writer and communicator. Self-directed and capable of making sound decisions independently. Possesses emotional maturity, good judgment, and a "zero drama" mindset. Comfortable holding others accountable by following up on commitments and reporting progress objectively. HR, executive support, project management, or operations experience is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys enabling others to perform at their highest level.
