Branch Operations Manager Full-time, benefits, 401k, PTO @ $125,000-$160,000Lead People. Improve Operations. Make an Impact. Royal Flush Services is one of the fastest-growing portable sanitation companies in the West, serving construction, events, municipalities, and commercial customers across multiple states. With 6 branches in 4 states, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our mature Portland branch, and build a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service. This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, improving processes, and building a high-performing operation. What You'll Do As Branch/Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while your team operates safely, efficiently, and profitably. You'll be responsible for: Leading drivers, dispatch, yard personnel, shop staff, and field operations Managing daily routing, scheduling, and operational execution Monitoring service quality, route efficiency, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction Coaching employees and building a culture of accountability Partnering with sales, billing, and senior leadership to solve operational challenges Reviewing operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics Maintaining DOT, fleet, and safety compliance Managing staffing, scheduling, payroll approvals, and operational planning Ensuring the yard, fleet, equipment, and facilities reflect Royal Flush standards Driving continuous improvement across the operation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a confident operational leader who is structured and organized, that enjoys building strong teams and creating efficient operations.
